1. Overview

At KreatorOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our subscription plans.

2. Free Trial

KreatorOS offers a free plan that allows you to try our basic features at no cost. We encourage you to explore the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription. The free plan includes 3 videos per month with basic features.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Refunds are not available after the 7-day period for monthly subscriptions
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • After 14 days, you may request a prorated refund for unused months (subject to approval)
  • Cancellation of annual plans will keep your account active until the end of the annual period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@kreatoros.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID (found in your billing history)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • UPI and bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the applicable refund period
  • Any fees for services already rendered
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

8. Plan Downgrades

If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan, you can do so from your account settings. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference between plans during the current billing period.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation that falls outside this policy, please contact our support team. We will review your case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.
